Day 8 - it was a really good day

There is no time to write today, so just paste a few photos that show how well I  don today!
 I was running only 20 minutes , and after the gym I drank a protein smoothie , and ate 1/2 of yellow malon.





I gotta go, spin the hula hop!!!

Day 7 ( hula hop -day1)

From today through next week I start practicing with hula hop every 20 minutes.
The dimensions of my waist:84cm
                         of my abdomen:98-99cm
I'll see if there are any interesting results of these exercises!


I have a little lower the amount of calories eatenToday I ate almost 2000 calories. At the gym burned about 600kalorii, which gives the result 1400kalorii. To lose excess fat should create a calorie deficitI should eat a minimum of 1500kalorii and burn600 calories for sure then I start to burn fatSo I  know what else I'm doing wrong ... tomorrow will be a little harder to me because I will eating  500 calories less.Good luck to me!!!

To get rid of the remnants of winter fat and firm the skin need extra doses of vitamin CEat a daily serving of fruits rich in vitamin C or fruit juices.

Day 6

Today I went to a 30 minute quick walk just before work . After work I went with my husband to the pool and swam 30 minutes but every 15 minutes we went to the sauna for 10 minutes.Such temperature changes are very helpful in weight loss because it improves blood circulation and the body act as a cosmetic:) I recommend!

My meals:
breakfast:breakfast cereals with honey and almonds (30% fiber in 100g ) + coffee
2th breakfast: slice of brown bread with slice of cheese and 1/2 chicken breast in breadcrumbs + coffee
Lunch :The same as in 2th breakfastDiner :pork neck ( 150g ) BBQ with two potatoes ( 50g) and mix salad ....and glass of wine ;P + 0,5l green Tea .
snack: 2 cubes of milk chocolate  , green tea and glass of carrot juice . 
 


For all who use the iphone or ipod touch, I know a great application to keep your diary calories eaten and calories burned...is called "MyNetDiary"



Order Number 1.-prepare meals for work the day before thanks to this I will eat more fruits and vegetables.

From now on, every day I gave you an important dietary trick

Asian flavors

Give up once in a while with a normal dinner and replace it with sushi, broiled fish or shrimps.Portion of protein plus iodine helps you increase your metabolic rate so that you burned more calories and fat.
And tomorrow I start yoga combined with meditation!

Day 4 and 5

I ate not too much because I had no time to eat .... I drank a lot of caffeine and I ate at KFC  with which I am not proud of: /   ... any way I walked all day and drank at the end of the day very much green tea as usual.





Now you'll see how I looked before and after weight loss Before - SIZE 14 , WEIGHT : 84kg



After ( till now ) SIZE 10/12 , WEIGHT: 70.4kg
Tomorrow for sure I go to the gym and swimming pool:) but on Sunday I will work so hard that I would return home on my knees.... ;)

Day 3

Today I eat very healthy Breakfast and then went to work for 4 hours...
..

I must say I not drank too much liquid today, so now I sit and I drink green tea ..... a lot of green tea ;)

I have lunch at 2:30 ... have brown roll with a lot of mix salad and white cheese , a bit of mayo and red sauce. ....I feel guilty because I didn't 't go to the gym and Zumba fitness today :(instead, I drank a cup of hot chocolate and went to sleep for two hours... and thats not everything...I ordered Chinese food for diner...but I have five fruit and veg today :)

Day 2


Rules of the first two weeks of detox:
1.Daily drainage massage-improves blood circulation of body fluids - blood and lymph circulation, helps remove excess water from tissues.
2.Drink a minimum of two liters of water!
3. Eat as many vegetables and fruits or juices made from them.
My meals: 


breakfast: sweet roll with butter and 100g of cottage cheese.





Second breakfast: One slice of pizza home made.

Lunch :whiting fish ( about 200g ) fry on one spoon of olive oil ,two small potatoes ( about 50g ) and salad with red cabbage.

dinner: Slice of pizza and salad with red cabbage and glass of buttermilk.

After Breakfast I went for gym and pool :




These exercises are great for love handles!!! 




I stretched a little bit ...drove a kilometer on dry kayak and go for run !

DAY 1.

Perfection ... hmmm ...is not just about losing weight...but to change your life for the better, especially healthier!




I't is my day off so I ben sleep well and after waking up I drank water with honey and lemon to cleanse the body...then I eat whole wheat pancakes with blueberries.
Recipe:( for two portions )
combine 1 / 2 cup wholemeal flour and 1 / 4 regular and 1 / 2 tablespoons sugar,1 / 3 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix a small banana with 1 / 4 cup milk, egg and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add mixture to flour and blend.Fry in a teaspoon of olive oil and press in the middle of each pancake a few berries. Eat with a spoon of honey.Enjoy!

When back home I ate second breakfast:yogurt with berries and carrot juice mnnniam!
and for lunch I eat an excellent salmon salad....with 150g of salmon and mix Lettuce and vegetables
Cooked all day today. I did pizza and sweet rolls for guests for tonight...I also eat a a small piece of pizza and pastry (baked it with brown flour) ;)My husband and me went for a half hour walk soon after eating and when we back home I practiced the hula hop for 15 min..... so cool!!I drank lots of water and herbal teas - 2,5l ;).........so Is ben good day ...good and healthy!

Hula hoop


Recently discovered the magic of this unusual ring.I practiced a couple of days and I noticed a disappearing centimeters in my waist. Just 15 minutes every day in front of your TV give you expected results. From where these results? To keep the wheel at the waist, you have to tense your stomach muscles tight, which was able to regain elasticity.

New start!

If u always say to yourself : "I'm start diet from tomorrow " so the best moment is January especially from first of january . I'm starting today because I was sick before . I'm very proud of myself I  ben running  for 25 minutes, practiced on the step for 10 minutes and lifted weights, exercising the arms. I was swimming 15 minutes and I join sauna for 30 minutes. I feel so goooooood!! I bought hula hoops and practiced 15 minutes yesterday....and this is not everything ;) I'm also started A6W three days ago and I can  feel all the muscles of my belly! As is well known that the more muscle less fat! If you do not know what it is A6W check out the link below.
